Devs have announced they'll be adding independent sex and gender sliders to accompdate the spectrums. The original options of body type A and B reinforced the gender binary stereotype and excluded nonbinaries, intersex, and other non-normative genders and sex identies.

Now you'll have a slider for sex expression and a slider for gender expression. No more exclusionary binary choices, everyone can customize their character fully.

Everyone will be happy with this inclusive change, thank you devs!
