If you have Intel Raptor Lake (or Refresh there of) it's this issue:

If your BIOS is updated and you still suffer from specific subset of crash events, check if your memory XMP profiles is even supported and stable, if both are true, RMA the CPU before the extended warranty expires.
If you have any other CPU generation, post basic specifications of your PC.
I was going to upgrade soon, I'm still using an an I5-12400f. are all 13/14th gen CPU's borked?
However going from Alder Lake to Raptor Lake (let alone Refresh) is not much of an upgrade if you are also not going for higher end (overpriced) models, then depending on the specific motherboard you bought it may not even work, it all depends.
