What is the blacksmith woman complaining about?

I've given her like 5 or 6 tabletsso far and she hasnt done a damn thing about them, complanning about "not being in the right order" or something with no other relevant information to help me figure out what's going on..

Did her fatass just eat all those tablets and I'm totally screwed from what ever benefit they were supposed to give now?

I just gave her two more tablets and she till cries about how it "makes no sense". What am I supposed to get out of these things if they dont work?

There are 3 total. Each one unlocks more rune upgrades and stuff in her store. I've never given them to her out of order or heard that dialogue so I'm guessing that you missed one of the earlier ones.
