The same thing, yesterday I played a little game, today I go in, and the game offers me to buy the full version and does not load the saves.
A friend gave me the game, there is no family access, I only play on my account.
Apparently they have a server failure since many people have such a problem.
You need to go the support page into Lords of the Fallen and then request to delete permanently the game from the Library - The friend pass only. Then you will be able to install the paid version of the game.

If you are using the paid version from another member of your Steam Family, the bad news are that you will not be able to use the Friend's Pass that way. You need either the Full game or the Friend's Pass.
The devs probably did not think about it....
Apparently I'm not playing on a friends pass. I got the game as a gift from my bud and we've been clocking in together ever since. Not to mention the Shared progress is ♥♥♥♥. That aside, now I can't even access my own save files! I got the full game but what is happpeeenniinngg
Yes, it is worth checkng though, through the support page to see if you have both "entries" registered. As you can see I have also the full game and I ran on the same issue.
Deleting the Friend Pass entry did let me install the full game again and access my saves.
For some reason the Friend's Pass gets mixed up with the full game and you are unable to access it.

You don't need to uninstall the game by the way. If you press install after removing the "false" entry of Friend's Pass it should work just fine.
