Anyone getting "Buy the Full Game" in the menu even though you own it?

I bought the game on deluxe edition since launch and it is showing now after 2.0 that I need to buy the game? even my saves can't load as it shows "Save from full game can't be used from trial version", but it's there it's just unclickable.

I need help, steam can't even help me regarding the issue. I don't know if steam will still accept a refund. Damn this game. Feels like getting robbed.

Seems to be fixed on my end, almost gave me a heart attack. It's either they fixed it as I was asking help in all platforms or the servers are currently updating.

I'm unfortunately unable to play it as well. I only have the base version, but it's telling me to buy it again to play.

Same issue on my end but I got the game from a beta tester code so I'm really relieved that other people are having the same problem

I do not have that currently, I was issued the game key back when it launched in 2023 from the devs. As I think everyone in this list but the one who purchased the digital deluxe content did not receive Full Entitlement marker when they launched the Friend Pass 2.0 update.

I've had the same issue yesterday and directly wrote a mail to the support mail [e-mail]. Dunno, if they did anything, but today the issue seems fixed.
Maybe this is of help for someone...

I've done the same and a Full Entitlement was granted to me. Anyone having this issue, do what DrückerDerBanken recommends doing.
