Asking to buy again stuck on friend pass version

Anyone else have a problem when in main menu it saying you have to buy the game again when you already own it and its putting you on the friend pass version?

yes i got the same issue... also all my savegames seem to be lost? -.-
please fix it asap, was really hyped to get into the game again after a year and now i cant even play it anymore :(
