2.0 Performance fixed?
Hi,
So even if the game runs very well, there are still places where it stutters a bit, so do you think it will be fixed in 2.0?
I certainly hope so

Performance is exactly the same, it stutter exactly at the same spots as 1.7....
Zero work on performance for this patch... disapointed...
Did they also remove DLSS from the steam version? It's completely gone now on the game pass version and it has tanked my performance to hell. FSR looks so bad on nvidia gpus...
Hi there,
No, DLSS was not removed from Steam, sorry... it's still there and I can use it
But about performance, if I start a new game, these stutters aren't there anymore it seems!
I'll do some more testing, but it's promising

Im about to buy this here on steam because its insanely cheap lol
I played through half of it on gamepass, and I never had a single stutter myself..In fact I was very happy with how the performance was lol Maybe I just got lucky? lol Are you guys on nvidia or AMD? Im using alll amd and a radeon card

People complaining about how bad performance is must be playing on trash pcs. Performance is great for me on a 4080S, 4k native 120fps all ultra settings no upscaling or dlss or nothing and its absolutely fine, not stuttering at all. Way better than release. People playing modern games with modern settings on outdated tech then complain how it runs bad lmao

That's great for you. You know what else it is? Not possible. Even a 5090 can't run it 4K native, cinematic settings and keep 100+ fps average all of the time.

He said Ultra, not CInematic, though. That said, I doubt Ultra runs at 2x the framerate CInematic does.
I'm on an overclocked, undervolted Nitro+ 7900XTX, and I have to use XESS Ultra Quality if I want to use Cinematic and get mostly 4k60, and there are still some spots where it drops to 55 in Umbral. Have not seen any bad drops or stutter at all though, and no crashes or shader compile traversal issues or anything. This is on Linux, too. Not sure how pure performance is under Windows.
I still wouldn't say the game truly justifies its requirements at 4k max at all, but it does look really damn good. It's much better than when I tried it before for sure.

lmao the game is definitely not impossible to run in 4k 100+fps lmaooooooo I literally do it on a daily basis when i play. Not sure what year you're trapped in, but practically every game can be played in 4k 120 with max settings if you have the right hardware lol You guys just make stuff up to fit your narrative its so weird. Trying to run your mouth about something you cant and have not even experienced for yourself

If I knew how to link a video i would just to make you look silly

For me it has way less stutter, almost no micro stutter / skipped frame or whatever it's called.
Performance is still all over the place.

I can run Black Myth:Wukong with DLSS on a mix of high and ultra settings at 100 fps on average, but Lords of the Fallen 2.0 still fluctuates wildly between 55-110 fps on similar settings.

You are running it at 40 percent resolution scale genius, lmfao. That's not even close to being "maxed". Set it to 100%.

There is no way you're this stupid. Your own "proof" shows you running it at 40% resolution scaling...

I had pretty terrible stutters on my 9070, even while locked to 60. My friend who I played with through friend pass also had stutters on his 6800xt. So I just decided to refund which is a shame.
