Sanctified Huntress Droprates

Am I being extremely unlucky, or are her droprates so incredibly low?
I'm trying to farm her spear and have killed her over 30 times without her dropping anything.
My farm spot is the The Empyrean. The two Abessess regularly drop stuff, just not the Huntress.

I took a break. After reloading she finally drops items (11 drops in 20 tries).
Seems like she was either bugged, or I had a really unlucky RNG seed.

Its usually bad rng, some Enemies just seem to have very low drop rates.
