2nd Putrid mother
3rd Orius
I think orius is a "wet dream" compared to Adyr endind. Everyone dies in a halo of light, not so good for everyone. So it is not a good candidate.
The putrid mother anding is cool but too much lovcraftian. So, it is a 50% candidate.
The Adyr ending gives more room to everyone fight each other in a future. It is a 80% candidate
Straight to the point.
Putrid Mother being canon is just whacky; She *really does destroy the world*. What sequel would there be after that? Explore the Umbral Void? For what reason? It'd be the field trip from Hell, IN HELL.
Lore wise, most of the world is fine and things get worst closer to the epicenter of Adyr's defeat/return. Since you spend the whole game there the world seems worst than it likely is.
So any ending could be canon, since you just make the sequel somewhere else on the planet. Maybe past the crusades and into pirates or something.
