Crash during shader compile on 14900K
Hi.
I have 14900K stock, 2x16GB DDR5 6800,rtx 4090,Seasonic Px 1600,SSD 2TB,Aorus Z790 Elite X

So.
Today i launched Lords of The Fallen and during shader compiling it crashed with WHEA LOGGER in event. Should i worry? Otherwise all is stable. Cinebench, games etc.Only in shaders first time compile. Screen: Internal Parity Error

Like you see it throws WHEA during shader compile on first time.
Is my cpu ok?

13th and 14th gen are known to actually not be stable under default configuration on most motherboards.

Either try updating bios or/and try downclocking the CPU.

but it happen only in shader comp

Another source of those errors may be memory issues, so if the memory kit was same between both CPUs/motherboards i'd look into that.

But again, if it's only a slight/edge case instability then manual CPU underclock may resolve it.

I bought new memory also

Well then given both CPUs belong to generations known to have issues with UE5 i'd do as i said initially, either upgrade bios and/or try downclocking to see if it resolves the issue.

ok it happened only in first shader compile . I will try again on new drivers in future

I was having this issue for a bit with UE5 and some other games with heavy shader crunches. I updated my BIOS. That's all it was. Never had a shader comp since. Didn't have to downclock or undervolt or anything.
