If I take a player or NPC to help me fight a boss, will it somehow affect the achievements or something else?

As in the title. Sometimes the bosses and the location with "Pilgrim's Perch Elevator Key" tires me out and I thought to call on a player or NPC for help but at the same time I want to honestly pass this game on single.

There are certain quests and achievements that require summoning certain npc's during boss fights. There is no downside in getting help from others as well. You can do it solo or not, it's your choice.

it will not. in fact you will miss some achievements if you dont summon certain npcs.

Most bosses don't even get summons so i'd recommend using them when available.
