Simple Mod fixing many of the fps and stutter issues

Why can't devs implement these simple tweaks? the game is horrible without this mod but runs pretty ok with the mod.

Why? For the same reason Rockstar was not able to fix loading times for 10 years, until someone kicked in and showed them how it's done.

Why? because its a placebo. ive made several CapframeX runs with and without mod. This mod does NOTHING! It's more, that without this "mod" it runs better

without the mod my game runs at 70-80 fps and horrible frametime maxed 4k with the mod 90-100 its HUGE for me, but probably depends on your hardware. it will not help on lower and machines. 7800x3d rtx4080

bruh this is not even considered to be a mod its basicly save file for setttings and nothing else. Most people with low end machines goes to this save files and edit them selfs.
Here is a something that can realy help you to increase your performance.

Write this to opening preferences and it will add framegen to your game so you can basicly get 140-160 fps at ultra settings

I've tried it in multiple parts of the game during my playthrough but didn't notice any difference with it. Running on a 5600X and RTX 3080.
