Really annoying.
I tried changing the settings, but they seemed worse than the dynamic one..
The lock on is not that bad now, after the patches. It seems you forgot the Elden Ring. xD

Update your drivers to improve the game's lock-on feature. Maybe reinstall Windows.
The other problem is, that switching enemies won't work sometimes. f.e. in the hollow crow fight. When lock on is on Lucy, I can't switch targets to any of the mobs. Sometimes, I can't switch to targets, directly in front of me, while it perfectly switch targets in the background.
Overall, it can get pretty frustrating at times and feels a bit like fighting against the system instead of the enemies.
I would propose to don't prioritize targets at all. I don't need any AI, which decides, what is more important to lock on.
