Red stigmas
There are red stigmas into the world that appears sometimes after you have visited the place the first time around.

This was found in the Skybridge hall below the Vestige room where the Descrier armour set is

I have been finding these when backtracking, so I assume it's probably due to world events or npc quests.

Any idea if this is the case? Are there a lot of these? I wonder if I should backtrack the whole map once I finish the game before moving into NG+

These are part of the "Helloween" patch. Additional content to get the Pumpkin Helmet (increase item findings)
