HOW THE FCK IS THIS GAME "MIXED"? IT'S PERFECT!
Holy crap I was afraid by the reviews of this game BUT OMG IT'S SOOOOOOOO GOOD!

Best Souls-like I've ever played (second best, ELDEN RING IS THE BEST).

OBS: My fps was dropping then I've capped it to 30 and fixed all my problems.

-Character Creation is horrendous and no options to make femboy.
-I like 4 Player Coop or More not 2.
-I don't like invasions (I rather it be an option while still being able to play Online Coop without it on).
-The Second World Feels to Gimmicky. I'd rather it be an actual second World I can explore at my leisure like a Link to the Past without always being attacked or always knocked into it constantly.
-The Hair Styles are so bad.
-Majority of the Characters are ugly.
-I hate the making bonfires gimmick. Gets more in the way instead of an interesting way of setting down checkpoints.

In short - You don't like souls-like games.
I love Dark Souls 2 + Scholar, Elden Ring, Demon's Souls (not Remake), Dark Souls 3, Bloodborne. Nioh 2 was amazing too.

All of your whining are about standard tropes of the genre... umbral world aside... but guess what... Gimmicks are how a game stands out in this genre... YES it's gimicky ... because that's the point... LotF is Dark Souls but with Umbral (and other issues but that's a list on it's own)

I think you're missing the point. All the games I listed have way more character creation options so that you can make a more attractive character. I'll play games with gimmicks. nioh 2 is literally super mario as a souls game. Bloodborne has no shields and nioh uses stances. I'll suffer through gimmicks if I like my character.

Then my point stands.... you don't like Souls-likes... you don't 'suffer' through them because you like your toon. Character creation is in hundreds of different games and you seem to dislike everything else about the games... so no... you don't like souls-likes. End. of. story.

It does appear to be the case and I cant take anyone seriously when they actually list these personal kinks as 'problems' with the game:

"-Character Creation is horrendous and no options to make femboy. (what in the actual?!)
-The Hair Styles are so bad.
-Majority of the Characters are ugly."

Game play, especially combat/world design should be all that matters in a souls-like imo

Frankly I wouldn't mind a good character customization in a Soulslike BUT it's not integral to the experience. It is just a trope that I feel ALL main stream souls-like make their characters as fugly as possible xD and I love that fact.

But no 100% game mechs and world design are the core of the genre.

I am probably weird in that in games I pretty much just spam next buttons in character creation parts of games, I literally do not care other than maybe one of my Elden Ring female characters that I did actually waste time customising after a play through.

But I do understand some people like this stuff but complaining because you cant make a 'femboy'... what in the actual?!

I think having a good character creation helps broaden an audience and brings in more people who like games purely on aesthetics. It is for this reason there is a large Fashion Souls audience and why MMO end games usually involve players doing the harder content for cosmetics and mounts. It get's people to stay engaged longer and to make new characters with their own backstory the player makes up for them or to match a new playstyle. Players who would otherwise not be interested in the game are now more invested in their character and would like to spend more time with their character. I'm not going to force you to like Character Creation but it is a large feature which is a selling point for me. I already spent like 129 hours in Elden Ring's Character Creation on PS5. I don't mind playing games with set characters because usually they are developed and developers intend them to act a certain way and you know why they are that way. Like say Gears of War. You play as Marcus Fenix. You don't make him. But he's a fully fleshed out character with voice and dialogue. He does things that Marcus would do. But if you just play as a no name character then some players would like other ways to be attached to them because there is nothing defined about them. I can connect with Pinocchio in Lies of Pi because he is Pinocchio. He is who he is and the story is more integral to the experience. It makes me feel invested in his world and his hardships. When you play as no name character with barely any player touches such as Appearance then it feels like you are doing things "just because". So in this case a good character creator would help certain players connect because you don't play as a Set Character. Elden Ring added new Hairstyles through an update like the new twintail style, and that got me to replay Elden Ring and try out the new Arena. Saving and Loading Presets in the Mirror is fun. Fromsoftware saw how popular re editing your character was in Dark Souls 3 so they actually made it way easier to do in Elden Ring. This means players were able to quickly change their appearance whenever at the Roundtable Hold. This familiarity with the Roundtable Hold then starts making the area feel like home because you spend a lot of time there. Majula is great in a ruined beauty way and just watching other custom characters spend time with you at the main bonfire while you watch the ocean is calming. Even though some players may look goofier than others. But it makes some players appreciate that systems are being used to get characters to look the way they want them to look.

Some players like using all the armour sets available to them while looking cool or pretty in both. If you make a muscular old man with receding Hair Line, he probably won't look the best in the Deathbed Dress. But if you have a character that looks like Link then he looks cool in a masculine outfit or pretty in a feminine outfit. This makes players want to use the armour sets of both and incorporate it into their playstyle. Making a Femboy shows the flexibility of a Character Creation System. Most systems only include Masculine Ugly, or Female that looks like a man, or abomination. Many Western games skip Femboys and go straight to Transgender with very limited options and no face sliders. At most they make you choose pronouns. Especially games that only have presets because they are shallow. But I'm not asking for pronouns or genital customization (this is enough to make me not buy a game. I'm not referring to Lords of the Fallen with this). I prefer the style many Eastern Games usually do with like Male and Female but allow you to make a Tomboy or Femboy through the various options available. Typically including a wide range of body sliders and face sliders along with several head types. Dragon's Dogma allowed this concept and the same with Bloodborne, Dark Souls 3, Elden Ring, Nioh 2, and more. It's okay you don't like Character Creation but it is important to people. Maybe not everyone but it is a deciding factor to people. If appearances never matter to people then Fortnite wouldn't be making money off skins.

Computer far exceeds Recommended requirements.
Loading screen before main menu lags to all hell
I roll into a wall when engaging the very first enemy and get stuck inside the wall forcing a quit to main menu.
More laggy loading screens.

Yes, the perfect game.
yup i bought it at release and cant play it till i buy a new graphics card, very irritating!

I can't share this experience. I died less and the situations were mostly controllable. Could be a weapon choice, because I had a strength/radiance build with a greatsword
I'm currently making another playthrough with the exalted stalker, dex with 2 daggers and parrying bigger enemies. That's a lot tougher, esp. because you can't stagger enemies with simple hits.
I heard, inferno builds are the worst, but didn't try it.
That is my build as well. Str/rad build with the ravager greatsword and Tancred's armor, and with 43 vitality. When the enchantress would use her teleport AOE attack it would instakill me and I couldn't stagger her out of her attacks. She would just poise through my hits and I would just sit there wondering who designed this and thought it was fair.... I even added a poise damage rune to the weapon, but I don't even know if runes work since it won't show the damage numbers with the added scaling and damage runes in the item description. This is the problem with these elites. If you fight them in a boss room they are fun, but if you added them in the regular enemy mob without reducing their offensive capabilities then it makes the game a pain for me. The proselyte too, his are denial attack where he leaves a trail of exploding nails on the ground is awful, not to mention that he's already a strong melee characted and fairly tanky, but they also decided it's a good idea to give him a ranged attack as well. Like it's way too much for a regular enemy, regardless if it is an elite or not. His area denial is bad, especially in bramis castle where he is located on a narrow staircase where I have no space to avoid him without running towards another group of enemies who will immediately join the fight. I literally died in the first 20 seconds after spawning again and again and again to the same enemies because they will overwhealm me by spamming their spells and attacks with little space to move. They should just remove their spells if they are melee enemies. Let warrior enemies be just warrior enemies be just melee brutes and let ranged enemies just be squishy distance damage dealers... they just gave them too many tools, and gave me too little to be able to deal with them. They are exagerated at the point where it's not a hard game, it's a frustrating game that withers my sanity away. And I have many more complaints with the game, but what I just discussed now is what made me snap yesterday and almost cry in frustration that this game didn't get better as I kept playing, it got worse. I didn't want to review it so far because I didn't want hate it, I wanted to push through it, I desperately wanted to have fun but I just couldn't. It just felt like a struggle. Farming the strongest weapons and armor and upgrading my equipment felt like a joke as soon as I reached Bramis Castle, because they felt an unjustified need to increase enemy HP and damage in that area. The same enemy types that would barely scratch me in other areas would kill me in 1 or 2 hits at Bramis, thus spitting in my face and letting me know that to them I'm still an insignificant wretch just like early game.
The enchantresses have pretty big poise. You really can only react to the attacks. If you have the umbral eye of loash, you can do charged R2s through enemies attack. Not a big fan of those enemies, but ok, if you learn the moveset.
The proselytes are a lot better IMO. The range attack would not have been necessary, but you either hide behind something or go around him, when he does it. I like to parry him, esp. the 4 furry combo, which eats the poise bar very fast.
The game has an abundance of shortcuts and vestige seed beds. You can progress very methodically and avoid big runbacks, which helps to don't have to deal with too many situations and enemies in series and tank more.
