Anymore areas without vestiges like Fitzroy gorge

Been playing the game without using vestige seeds and it's been going well, the checkpoints have felt well spaced. but then I got to Fitzroy gorge and it was awful. I couldn't find a single vestige so i bypassed the Lightreaper fight to bee-lined to lower Calrath just to finally get a checkpoint.

What I wanted to know from those who've beaten the game or progressed past this point are there any more areas without vestiges like Fitzroy? No need to tell what they are, a yes/no answer will suffice but I want to know if I'll need to start using those seeds.

There's a vestige you can get to from the bridge where you fight the boss. You have to be in umbral and go off the side of the bridge to get to it.

There's also a flowerbed in a small cave along with a tablet for gerlinde just before the bridge. You should start using seeds.

Tower of Penance has no vestiges as well.

Yeah, this one is a bit off.
Fighting Tancred without seed would be a lot of runback, when dying. I guess from Manse (with shortcut) or Abbey will be similar

The further in the game, the longer the distance between each vestige. And yes, there are several areas without a single vestige

Finished the Game, used no Vestige Seeds. Fitzroy is the worst of those areas
