PLEASE DEVS FIX KUKAJIN QUEST!!!

Im on my 4th playthrough and its bugged again !!! for the love of god do something!!!!!!

If you're talking about the bug that makes her impossible to get as a boss in upper Calrath, there is a method to make it work:

-Do not kill the lightreaper in the beginning of the game or any other encounters.
-Release Kukajin from her petrified form and speak to her in Skyrest.
-DO NOT beckon her to any boss fights yet.
-Play the game normally up to the fight against the Hollow Crow boss fight.
-Beckon Kukajin to help with the Hollow Crow.
-After defeating Crow, DO NOT rest or fast-travel.
-Proceed directly to the lightreaper arena past the beacon in Fief of the chill curse.
-Kill lightreaper without dying.

After doing this, feel free to rest and fast-travel. Kukajin should have left Skyrest and you can fight her in Upper Calrath.

yeap to late, i payed her for saint boss fight,derva and crow boss didnt summoned her and after that i killed the reaper after crow, well she is still in skyrest........i dont know if i can summon her for castigator boss fight and not pay her again...but who knows....this is frustrating and stupid

I agree. I also discovered that she was bugged when It was too late. But I speeded through the game, started NG+0 again and when she was my only goal for that run, it was actually fairly quick. Note that you can skip the cistern area and revelation depths. Just go to Fief as soon as you've killed the spurned Progeny (when Stomund leaves you the key in Skyrest), speed through the area until the Crow fight and do the thing mentioned above.

Thanks a lot for the reply, but as i mentioned above its my 4th play through so ill pass, i prefer to leave my character sitting in skyrest and wait for the devs to patch it than playing the game from the start again

If you have not made it to the end yet you can try this.

Summon her somewhere and do not pay. Speak to her and do nothing and she will warn you to think carefully.
Do not give the swaddling cloth to the queen. Advance her quest until she is at the castle and asks you for the cloth but do not give it to her.
Kill the king and then go straight to the queen boss fight and kill her in one shot.
This has worked for me twice so far and has triggered Kuks boss fight each time.

Avoiding picking up any part of the Paladin's Request fixed this quest for me. Even picking up the Flayed Skin caused her quest to break. Hope it helps. Seems to break her quest even on PS5 and not just the PC version of the game. Haven't tested on Xbox. Kind of burnt out on the game ATM.

another boss fight i wasnt expecting was the demarose one, but it was not that eventful really.

Well I killed the king with a friend and went straight to the queen,mid way my friend had a dc but I continued and killed the queen,KUKAJIN still bugged,well thankfully I have a backup save file before king so I will try again

Unfortunately I have tried for second time,killed the king went straight to queen killed her but kukajin still bugged.....thanks for your help anyway...I will wait for the patch to fix it,untill then I'm not playing it again
