Can't start the final lightreaper boss fight or/and don't have access to "calrath B"

As the title says, after i purified the 4 beacons. the NPC Andreas of Ebb is in front of the arena, but there are only the dogs and the "destroyer"-demon like always. The vestige by calrath is accessable like always. There should be an umbral door but there never was one.
Would love to hear your ideas to solve the problem, i really have no clue why that happened or better why not

There should be 5 beacons, I believe. Well, 6 counting the final one,

i still have the rune of adyr and all beacons i can see far away are purified

After beating the game 13 times, I did encounter this exact issue in my last playthrough.

Turns out I had forgotten to cleanse a beacon.

You definitely forgot to cleanse a beacon and my guess is the one at Tower of Penance - you take the elevator twice to go up.

Go cleanse your final beacon and your lightreaper will show up at Upper Calrath. Invite me if you're still lost.
