NPC Quests

It feels like too many NPC questlines for achievements are too intertwined with eachother. Like you try and pass one you fail another. I was thinking of a way to knock multiples out on the same playthrough but im coming up blank

Ok so circling back to this
I found out one thing
Lower Calrath and Upper Calrath are both junction points for many questlines
Basically not starting multiple quests will immediately fail them
Advancing from the cistern to upper calrath while being in the middle of some questlines will ruin their progress.

I guess thats kinda the midpoint for a new playthrough
