Locked out Umbral ending

So, i was going for Umbral ending and got to the point where I'm tasked with getting Melchior's Seedpod to Adyr's effigy. Befire opening the gates i lit some beacons, to progress IW quest, fought him at the gate, took rune to the ML and got it Withered and got Melchior's Seedpod. After that i killed Lightreaper, took his Parasite to Molhu and went and took another one from IW. So then i went to Bramis Castle, unlocked Vestige there and desided to finish Queens quest again to get an extra ring and while I was on it i desided to cleanse the rest of the beacons just because (from what i understand i just need to not cleanse them before opening the gate, so i wont be locked out for the Radiant ending, and so, after i've done all that, killed monarch, went to the effigy and then... nothing... i can't interract with it, and also i can't put parasite into the pillar... So.. i can't progress any further whatsoever...
From what I've gathered, it seems that for ending to work, i should've not done that, as it would sort of bug you out into the radiant ending with 5 beacons, but as you're already locked out from that one... you locked out from all 3 of them this way?..
So, that sucks and all, but what I want to know is if i can restart my run? I Farmed quests, gear, trinkets, levels, online currency and such in previous runs and I was wondering if i can preserve them somehow to do another go on this ending... as I'm not that motivated to do all that choir all over again on another character. Is there a way to do that? Or just to way for some kind of fix for this kind of stuff? Or an option to restart a run from a vestige on any subsequent run on a character that already finished game 1 time, or something line that? Or is there a workaround that might help solving this issue?

Sorry but you messed up, do not cleanse any beacons at all. If you do it you are automatically set on radiant. Try this guide it worked for me.

Yeah, I checked this one and that's where i found out that you can't cleanse all beacons. My problem is with locked character. As i said earlier, i opened gates with Withered Rune, but cleared rest of the beacons after that, and now i CANT interract with Effigy whatsoever. So that is why im asking if there is any way to do a reset of some sort. Cause otherwise all those weapon and armor I grinded and tokens for shrines would be just lost. And if that is the case, i'm not gonna make new character to waste dozens of hourse for grinding again... not a chance.

You can't cleanse any beacons ever period, if you want umbral ending. Not before, not after.
When i was doing umbral i was backing up my save after every major step in this quest it turns out to be unnecessary but you never know.

There is no reset or anything like that in game, you can try cheat engine or save editor.
I heard that Wemod is ok but i didn't use it.

Have you tried to do radiant ? If you do it fast you might still get 2 extra chunks from weapon restoration patch.

Well, i saw some people done that with few beacons cleansed, just not ALL of them, but yeah, probably super safe part would be not doing any at all...
I guess I'll check what i can do with that part, as it seems that this is the only option option left for me.
Radiant what? Ending? As i said already, i CAN'T DO any of the endings, i can't interract with effigy, i have withered rune of adyr, and all my beacons cleansed, so it sort of weirded out somewhat inbetween umbral and radiant one without allowing to do either.
Not sure why i would need 2 extra chunks? If that is for a new character to rush throught, then it's not gonna happen, i was going for all the achievements and probably farming some tokens for shrine gear, but now doing it all over again?.. No, thanks.

Just as a correction, there is one reset option at vestiges but i think its only in NG+1 i dont know if you can do it in your first run or NG+0. You will keep your character, stats and items but you will have to start from the begining but i guess it's not visible to you or we wouldnt have this conversation.

Yeah, unfortunately i decided to rush through another ng+0 for achievements before going into ng+1, so i don't have that option.
