Harrower Dervla's Sword

This weapon is seriously disappointing for a Grand Sword. Every other Grand Sword out performs it and other boss weapons even get cool effect secret effects. There's plenty of discussions talking about how people just complain and not offer feedback, so I'd like to take a stab at it. There are a few ways I would fix this weapon. This weapon needs to thematically be associated with the boss it drops from, which is WITHER. Outside the damage it includes, there is no cool wither ability effect. Considering Harrower Dervla strayed from the Dark Crusaders, here's the first secret effect recommendation I have for the weapon: "When you hit an enemy under 50% health, Harrower Dervla's Sword becomes engulfed in Umbral magic, increasing all Wither and Frost damage from this weapon by 15%". This would serve to buff the weapons melee potential and giving it a soft execute like ability without making it broken for Umbral casters.

The second way I would suggest buffing the weapon revolves more around the effect of Frostbite triggering. Since frostbite affects posture on non-player enemies, perhaps a Grievous Strike effect could make the weapon solid. I'd recommend: "Whenever the player does a Grievous Strike on an enemy whose soul has been flayed, restore one Soulflay charge and increase Grievous Strike damage by 20%".
