I found out, it's because of autosaves, no matter if you are on M.2, look at the icon in the lower right corner, the cross one, you always stutter when it appears even if your system is best possible.

Would make sure your Windows 11 system image isn't corrupted first. Make certain there's no driver conflicts. Update everything hardware related. Make certain there's a paging file on disk at the minimum recommending size for the disk on the same drive the game is installed on. You can also turn of texture streaming as well as a few other things. Can post on how to do these things if you're uncertain how. Pinned comments might help as well, but I don't remember what they said.

Autosave stutter has no other causes, my system literally works without crashing even in this game or any other game or any stress test benchmark, or memory stability test.
Game runs super smooth and never stutters, EXCEPT when it autosaves, every single time.
M.2 speed is not an issue in windows or any other game too.

It's pretty simple, just takes a minute to let it run. Probably a good idea to do a full shutdown and restart once it's run.

Probably so, though some of what I was on about is an issue related to UE5 impacting a lot of games using it. It's part of why we get popin when traversing chunks or whatever this engine is calling those regions. Basically, turning off texture streaming forces the game to load everything into memory even if it's not being used. I wouldn't recommend everyone use that setting as it would create problems on a system that couldn't handle it. OP's specs suggests theirs could.

The autosaving isn't causing any frame drops, nor stuttering from testing it just now. Not really sure what to suggest to correct it given I'm not experiencing the problem. So, this one is probably one to work out with the devs.

limit your fps and see how bad it is then, might help a slight bit for some other stutters

Hello.
Hi. PC:
13900K stock
2x16 GB DDR5 GSKILL 6800
Rtx 4090 Gigabyte Gaming
Aorus Elite Z790 AX
SSD KINGSTON 2TB
Seasonic 1300W PX ATX 3.0 PCIE 5.
win 11

So overall gameplay without stutter and no fps drops. But when i load game on first minute i hear loud cpu fan and i think cpu usage is high and i have fps drops and stutter. After maybe 2 minutes ,cpu fan is quiet, just all calm and no stutters. Anyone observed that ? Just first two minutes of gameplay is stuttering then fine.

Sorry about deleting the other comment. Anyway, I don't recommend turning off texture streaming with your setup. It's going to cause more problems in all likelihood.

If you wanted to try it in a manner which is relatively easy to change back, you can add "-notexturestreaming" to the launch options for the game within Steam. There's other ways to do this, if that doesn't work.

There's some other stuff you're going to want to do, if you do that, however, my brain isn't working with me right now.
