Picked up items not added to inventory

so im running around collecting all items for trophys and just finished the umbral eyes, when i noticed that one of them was not in my inventory , specificly the Eye of Lost Berescu
i went back to see if i simply forgott to pick it up but i did not and now its gone until next playthroug, wich is really annoying since its at the very end of the game

i did try restarting the game but it did not work

i did notice that different assets such as auras and the damageing field of the corrupted javelin was not visable so it might be due to some memory leak issue

anyone else noticing items picked up not being saved to your inventory or am i alone in this


Edit: i noticed that tincts ive picked up does the same thing
i would suggest that the devs could add a chest simular to the chest in dark souls that will put any key items or other non consumable items you have picked up into this if they happen to not get stored on you

If your inventory is full, picked up items will be lost.

it should not effect keys needed to progress too, but it does.

well thats stupid, and it would explain why i keep getting the key to drop from the large knight enemy over and over

also noticed that Tincts i know i picked up arent in my list either
