so frankly i'm not touching the game at all until there's a change in overall direction.
why would i waste my time building a char (and i only play PvE), if at any given time a patch could ruin the whole foundation of the build?
when you build a char in a game like this, you look for min/maxing, usualy (not always) to deal as much damage as possible, in the least amount of time needed, which in turn means you look for items, gear, etc. that allows this, which seems to be the opposite of what this dev thinks should be "normal".
it's the mmo (WoW and co.) problem now comin to a soulslike.
basicaly what they are doing is the Blizzard-way in a speedrun: homoginize all damagevalues until stats, level, progression, etc. doesn't matter anymore, the only think missing now is singelplayer (PvE) level-scaling for mobs.
Yeah I was playing earlier until I realized my build was completely ruined. First they remove mob density and make other welcome changes. Then they buff bosses and nerf everything else to hell and gone. They're not a very intelligent development studio. Blizzard did that with D4 and it damn near ruined the game.
