I mean, at least the aura's changes werent drastic. like raising the upkeep on Tenacity to 6mp/s matches the healing aura drain. And lowering the healing aura from 8 to 6.5(which apparently scales on your Rad) is managable. They arent dead spells, not like Pieta Clones. This much of a change kills a spell.
For radiant though at this point radiant flare and radiant beam are the only 2 damage spells which are worth using, which is amazing really.

Also works in PvP and with everything. The one thing they didn't nerf. Also couple Radiant (Holy) damage with Hallowed Triptych and break everyone's posture too.
425 mana for spell hitting for maybe 2.8k in small aoe, compared to cataclysm doing 3-4k for 99 or seismic slam aoe multi hit 1-1.1k for 66 mana, ive hit bloody 6000 with this spell on tancred 2nd phase...
