Did they really put the mana cost that high for the pieta summon spell? Wow... a little to much i think.

Its not even worth it. The spell is basically dea if you cant even cast it before 35Rad

them should keep the mana cost and reduce the dmg maybe around 20% but thats all. the dmg of it is not this giant and often it did bug and not hit. plus it need forever to load and also recast. here is no legal reason why the mana should be this high that my mana is zero after one cast....same with auras who now is partly bull

I mean, at least the aura's changes werent drastic. like raising the upkeep on Tenacity to 6mp/s matches the healing aura drain. And lowering the healing aura from 8 to 6.5(which apparently scales on your Rad) is managable. They arent dead spells, not like Pieta Clones. This much of a change kills a spell.

there are maybe like 5 useful spells in the game. rest is garbage. Now they reduced it to like 3? :D

I mean, inferno at least got cataclysm and hammer, umbral i honestly havent done caster playthrough but i remember the cone bombs were ok and the halberd throw from hushed saint.

For radiant though at this point radiant flare and radiant beam are the only 2 damage spells which are worth using, which is amazing really.

The Halberd throw from Hushed saint was/is busted. It melted everything on my Umbral playthro. It seriously felt like cheating.

It was ok but it wasnt even better than inferno fireball and hammer if you cant cast it is just better, i really dont remember names of these spells

I was just being snarky, but couldn't resist; you can basically spam Orius Judgment, and clear whole areas with smart autoaim / autodamage, just stand there and spam it.
Also works in PvP and with everything. The one thing they didn't nerf. Also couple Radiant (Holy) damage with Hallowed Triptych and break everyone's posture too.

Yeah orius judgement was ok but on bosses blessed radiance, beam and flare were all higher dps and mana efficiency but now with nerf.

425 mana for spell hitting for maybe 2.8k in small aoe, compared to cataclysm doing 3-4k for 99 or seismic slam aoe multi hit 1-1.1k for 66 mana, ive hit bloody 6000 with this spell on tancred 2nd phase...

ya...but its still annoing. i mean my radian spell shot with 29 mana cost do 500 around dmg. the 425 mana spell 1000 almost a hit . it hit 2x so 2000 i guess? well then i prefer shoot 4x spamm like my 29 mana cost one and it hit fast as my slow motion angels i call who bug sometimes and not hit. i mean who make this update who think about such freaky changes. it have to be somebody who not play this game ever. serious. the auras fine for me i can life with it. the mana heal items are cheaper now. but them also nerf some farm spots for money and now i have no clue where to farm anymore. without stuck red reaper you have almost zero money from monster. i feel all this changes all nerf and all this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moves and changes are JUST because the never possible balance pvp crap. remove pvp instant and add it optional with a new char for just pvp. stop be a ideot who scare away with this updates more and more people !

When I look at that number, it seems to me something like, we don't know what to do, leave that number for nobody to use for the time being, otherwise, if that number really was THINKED, we're dealing with complete idiots here.

I agree this spell is absolutely busted, was using this in pvp and well... most of the fights ended with 1 hit. However this nerf along with this patch was... not really well thought. I think most busted thing about this spell and aspect that really should be nerfed was range, because you can really hit enemies from far away.
