Dear Devs - Uninstalling and reinstalling is fixing my crashes. Why?
I have corroborated this twice now.

The first time I uninstalled the game, I was actually going to stop playing the game because of the constant crashes. However, I kept thinking about the game and reinstalled to try and just power through it.

The crashing stopped entirely. Even during boss fights with a lot of particle effects, dodging and quick turns of the camera. Not one single crash. It was incredibly enjoyable.

Then, update v.1.1.231 was pushed out and I crashed three minutes into my play session. I tried to fix it by turning down the resolution and dialing back the graphics settings from the auto recommend settings. A second crash still happened after that.

I then thought I would try to remedy by verifying the file integrity through Steam. A third crash occurred.

SO. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the entire 31GB game. Not. One. Single. Crash. For the rest of the night.

You can't legitimately expect me to do this after every update. There must be something wrong with how the updates are being delivered or implemented. SOMETHING has to give. This can't just be a coincidence.

Here's my setup:
MSI 6900XT Gaming X Trio
Ryzen 7 5800X3D
16GB G.Skill Flare X
Gigabyte B550i AORUS Pro AX
2TB Samsung 980 Pro

I would sincerely love to see a response on here, but I don't think it'll happen.

It's always a wise thing to verify your files after an update. Steam nor the devs can be held accountable for missing files, as your drives are yours afterall and sometimes, things either get corrupted or not put in place at all. On my old PC, this was a HUGE problem, but on this one, not so much, but it has happened at least once in the last two years.

Did you stop reading halfway through my post? I did this and it fixed nothing.
