Why have Easy Anti Cheat, when people can cheat without repercussion?

The anti cheat protection is useless.

People complain about invading when the host disconnects.
I just got invaded where the invader proceeded to:

Disable my sanguinarix heal. (this might be a legit spell, don't know)
Unsocket all my runes including the umbral lamp for some reason.
One shot me with some ranged magic.

Until this is fixed I'll immediately disconnect whenever I'm invaded.
No I won't play offline, I rather annoy the invader a little more. I PvP-ed thousands of hours in souls games without issue.

Please fix and account ban hackers.

I've been playing for over 50 hours and have been invaded exactly twice. The first one was kinda suspicious, I got one shot by some (radiance?) magic into umbral and then one shot after that. So not sure if it was hacking or not. The second one was completely legit (and fun).

They've put it in for liability reasons so no one can say they didn't do anything on the matter.

This one is a consumable you can buy at the shrine or Damorose after certain progress on her quest, the other 2 are weird yes.

2- This is highly likely to be cheat engine. Thus, not a hack or even a mod.
3- You could be one shotted with a spell, does not mean its a cheat.

It doesn't matter if you mod, hex edit, glitch or exploit.
It's still cheating.
You're doing something that is not intended in or outside of the game to gain an advantage over others and nobody gives a ♥♥♥♥ if being put into that category hurts your fefes.
No amount of mental or technical term gymnastics will change it.
What counts is the intent.

1+2. While hacking, cheating, and glitching aren't technically the same thing...
It generally has the same impact on the person on the receiving end of said hacker/cheater/glitcher...
You can discuss semantics all you want, but the bottom line is the hacker/cheater/glitcher is ruining the person's game by invading them with a character that is capable of functioning at a level not normally possible through the game without the use of cheats, hacks, or glitches.

3. Yes it is possible to get one shot based on the opponents build and your resistances (and vit).

OP:
Disabling your flask is a legit option, you have to buy the consumable at the PVP shrine with pvp points however.

First off it's extremaly unbalanced. The radiance spell from Pieta is absolutely nasty if you'll level up your catalyst, learnt it the hard way. But the problem is when I'm invading and then with the same spell that obliterates everyone, myself included if host manages to cast it first, I'm dealing 1 damage. And this has happened more than once. >.>

No no no. This is where you are wrong. It ain't semantics when calling for an account ban. Glitches should NEVER be the user's responsibility. Glitches are oversights made by the devs. They should NEVER be banning someone over that.
Cheats and hacks, absolutely. But its extremely important to know and understand the difference between them all.

Heal disable: PvP Consumable
Unsocketing: Happens to me quite often when doing Co-op/invading people, it's a game issue
Oneshotting: I never did anything other than oneshot whoever i invaded

Well considering all of your posts have been about semantics and there is no glitch in this game that is ban worthy. So it ACTUALLY comes down to the hackers/cheaters which frankly SHOULD be banned from online play. I don't think there is much more to discuss.
