BUG the light reaper doesn't appear

the light reaper simply doesn't appear, after finishing the ice area I went around the map trying to find a place to advance in the game, before entering the ice I had already passed through the light reaper's arena without knowing that the arena was his and instead of the light harvester there are only 6 dogs and the devil runs, does anyone know a solution for this? Did you find the Rune? I think that triggers endgame and then he should appear in that arena in Calrath.

Have you progressed to the point you've defeated the four main bosses outside of the beacons that have bosses? The 'rune' is the Rune of Adyr, a fairly obvious main plot point in a church area filled with Radiant spell users and mini-bosses turned into normal enemies.

In the Abbey there is a point in a church full of blood and it's not that obvious as my friend missed it too. In there, there is a Red Crystal that is a Rune with which you can interact and trigger a boss fight with "Rapturous Huntress of the Dusk". Did you defeat her too?

Yes, and I have Adry's rune in my inventory

Pretty sure the Rune of Adyr is the trigger, but if not, I play it safe and kill all beacon bosses anyways since Lightreaper's a bit tough in comparison. He won't appear until then.
All beacon bosses are in these areas:

Forsaken Fen - Hushed Saint
Upper Calrath - N/A
Fief of Chill Curse - Hollowed Crow
Tower of Penance - Tancred
The Empyrean - Cleric Judge
Never tested it with just the Rune, but I've gotten it to work after killing these bosses.

EDIT: Also, there's some triggers for Lightreaper encounters. You've mentioned the one after Hollowed Crow but did you get the one in Fitzroy's Gorge?

Also if above won't work and you didn't defeat him in previous encounters you might want to check previous locations where he also spawns:
Fitzroy's Gorge and Fief of the Chill Curse

I have the same problem, the lightreaper appeared after the Hollowed Crow, but doesn't appear in Upper Calrath.
