[BUG/ISSUE] Connection error: "no Internet connection"

My wife and me have this issue with multiplayer.
Sometimes we can't connect to the multiplayer, it says we have no Internet connection when trying, even if our Internet connection is perfectly fine. And then a timer starts, and we have to wait before we can try to connect again (and it fails again).

I did a lot of tests (computer tech here) and there is absolutely no issue with our Internet box.
Our antivirus is not blocking any connection with the game.
Already tried to verify the game files as well.

Is there someone else having the same issue?
