Tested with two-handed charged R2s against the penitent at the bell vestige, just swapping one rune around on my Devotion's Might +10:
Orimon: 2917 damage
Devoth: 2871
Nothing: 2781
The attack increase isn't displayed in your character sheet at all, so you have to test it. And you probably have to test it again as your stats get higher to see if the scaling or flat damage runes have a greater effect. It is very stupid that you have to do this, but it is what it is.
It wouldn't surprise me if the first tier of runes have such a minor effect on attack at lower stats/weapon levels that they actually have no impact on actual damage dealt after all the calculations.
That said, I haven't been playing around with the runes today. Which means since today's patch. I am getting a noticeably larger amount of damage from my weapon compared to yesterday. Not fully upgraded and it went from around 400 to 700 damage on most enemies to 700 to around 1,000.
Sorry to say but at 65 Radiance, if I put RAD scaling runes, i should be seeing results, which I just don't.
Which ones are you working with? The runes that raise your Radiance stat won't do jack because you are already at 65. At best you will get a single point of damage every 2-3 points. Use Orimon if your weapon allows to get the best bang.
