About scaling runes
Is it just me, or are they just broken. They just never do anything.
Doesn't get scalings up, doesn't affect attack power either.

Try smacking a enemy with rune on.

Yea I noticed the same thing. The A just goes green, attack power and damage stays the same. Very odd.

I know the shield runes that increase mana regen work because I just figured out a build where my mana slowly increases even with Adyr Defense and the holy defense buffs active.
I am now a god.

Yea the mana stone ring is insane. If the shield rune works like the ring, then yea that's op and I need to get that so I can free up a ring slot lol

Yeah currently using it with the ring, otherwise without the shield rune mana ticks down 1 per 3s or so, which isn't that bad but it runs out eventually lol.

They work. I put Orimon runes on my shield and it increased my radiance to 51 from 45. The 3 I have on pietas sword increased it roughly a 100 damage a piece.

Seems to be an unreal engine issue. Game like remnant 2 also had this issue where modifiers are just for display only, with no ingame effects.

Really does not, at least on PS5.

Attack power 188 without and with a Radiant scaling rune.
The B- letter becomes green yet no increase in damage.
Tested in actual battle as well.

The thing that confuses me is (and yes the scaling runes work), is that there is a "Increase Agility scaling"(Velox) and "Increase Agility attribute scaling"(Qalus) runes. The shield slot effect of the Qalus is to "greatly" boost agility scaling but it confuses me because slotted to a weapon its weaker than the Velox. Tested on a +10 Sin-Piercer Sword at the Abbey Vestige on the Cagehead just slotting different things and smacking him once to see the numbers.

Sidenote, if anybody wonders why Sin-Piercer Sword has two Radiance slots, its because the "Increase Holy Damage" runes slotted to that increase the damage of your holy damage from, for example, your Bow shooting Radiant Arrows. Hope that helps.

Runes work. It's just that the UI is absolutely not updating to be of any use aside from making letters green. Hopefully the devs catch word of this somehow and make the UI update on runes/rings/amulet modifiers.

As I stated repeatedly, I have absolutely zero increase in damage on PS5. I tested this with 3 different weapons.

The ones that "increasew dam,age when two handing" or "increase damage when dual wielding" work, and thats what I've been using. All the scaling and elemental damage runes haven't worked since launch.

Based on my testing, the Two-Handing Rune (Gravix) is actually increasing less than the Physical Damage Boost Rune (Ixon). Gravix needs a buff lol
