Tortured prisoner missing.

I freed her, talked to her after freeing her, and then at some point she just vanished. All the guides say she should stay at Skyrest Bridge until you give her the eye or you open the gate to Bramis Castle. I haven't done either. I have the eye in my inventory as well as the dress, but I cannot find her in any of the locations she's supposed to be at as one progresses the quest. I'm totally baffled as no guides say anything about her vanishing before you finish the quest unless you start a fight with the king. Anyone have any ideas on what's going on here?

You need to give her Searing Accusation, then you need to REST and go to the bridge and if she is not there she might be after when you beat the big lava bro.

How far are you in the game, you may have gone too far already and broke the quest.

Yes, I did that and then talked to her on the bridge. Then she vanished before I could give her the eye or talk to her with the dress on. As far as I can tell she's just vanished. I was hoping someone else had run into this issue and figured it out.

for what its worth, she disappeared for me also! I beat the "lava bro" and wore the noblewoman set, exhausted her dialogue, then she appeared behind bars by the beacon. I once again exhausted her dialogue and got the perfume, theeeeen explored the castle and got the swaddling cloth and then beat the final boss(es). She is NOWHERE to be found?! she wasnt behind the bars, she isnt in the castle, nor is she even waiting to beat me up lol. idk but this sucks bc now i cant get her ring for mana regen on the 'estus' heal.. ;^:
