Cloud Gaming save problem/boosteroid

My cloud saves get deleted when log again boosteroid in same day I log the game and I cant contiune the game I permanlty open cloudstorage my saves seems okey but after I refresh my saves is gone deleted how ? My steam cloud save deleted in a day two times for this game firstly happen I have 500+ k hours on boosteroid Its not happen before how Can I save my self this happen

You can't. They simply don't know how to fix it. I've lost my progress in two games now. Even when they reset my profile, I had played Dying Light 2 for two weeks, and then — poof! — all gone again. So if you want to play your game and save your progress without any problems, make sure it's on GeForce NOW and go there. The Boosteroid tech guys are helpless, they won't do anything useful.
