Saintly Quintessence missing bug

Are Saintly Quintessence health upgrades for the Sanguinarix miss able? I have 19 of the 20 Saintly Quintessence and have double check all 20 locations about 4 times including after developers have released patches.

All 20 locations no longer have that halo effect, and no item drop is in front of them. I've finished the game (72 hours), and this is my last remaining item to get. Anyone else have this bug?

I'm not interested in NG+ until I get the final item or if at least the DEVS add vestiges to NG+.

Bump. Went through everything - following a YouTube guide - one is missing.

Same, going for 100% now and been through 4 YT guides and checked all locations twice with my friend and all have been claimed. 19/20. I was invaded whilst I picked one up and died (typical cheater max account). Maybe it bugged and wasn't added to inventory. They re-spawn at NG+0 apparently so not fussed, but it is annoying

Same here. I had a weird feeling that I haven't picked one in Depths after soulfleying the statue. But when I came back there was no item so I assumed I picked it and forgot/heven't noticed. Then lot of hours later I finished the game and I'm missing one. I verified all locations with a guide. It just disappeared. Now I'm left with 3 useless Saintly Quintessences. :/

The one that is in the mines can be tricky especially if you soulflayed it and then started fighting. I can drop down to another level and it is not easy to see but it is there. That is what happended with that one for me.

I was sure I lost it but after slowly hoping down along the cliff, I found it. Good luck.

Wonder if OP actually quit over this... that would be hilarious. You could have just started NG+ and had the achievement before you finished the tutorial since there's one in it. Or just ask someone for one... I could drop you all 20 each if you wanted.

I can confirm that there´s a bug with them.
For me the 1st one in Bramis Castle was bugged.
Tried to soulfaly the enemy b4 soulflaying the statue, but somehow I missed.
After I killed him I couldn´t soulfaly the statue and the quintessence was nowhere to be found.
