People doing every status effect on a weapon buff?

I can't honestly think what it is, unless you can stack weapon buffs. I'm more inclined to think modded weapon.

This would be Bloodlust sword, which naturally has Ignition and bleed buildup.
-Add the pendant and rings(Or runes) that make it so when you're bleeding, it also applies Smite.
-Add the pendant and rings(Or runes) that make it so when you're Igniting, you're also aplying combustion,
-Apply the Enchant poison Umbral spell to the sword.
-Add the pendant and rings(Or runes) that make it so when you build up poison, you also build up frost.

There you go, the sword has all the status effect, and not in a shy amount, 4 hits and they all hit you at the same time(It's a oneshot no matter what you wear, btw)

I've been using a status effect build for pvp. Most I've gotten so far is 5.
Grinning axe with ignite and burn
Any poison weapon with.. poison
Bloodbane ring so when i do poison I also do bleed
Then buff weapons with either holy or frostbite

What pendant/ring/rune applies smite when you do bleeding?
What pendant/ring/rune applies frost when you do poison?

I was wrong about the orders(So for example poison doesn't apply frost but bleed, and burning applies ignite instead of the other way around, yada yada, but it's similar. With poison you get bleed, with burn(Damage per second) you get ignite(The AoE fire explosion), with the eye you can make all your basic attacks inflict umbral instead of normal damage,

The rings I'm talking about are the following two;

Paired with an enchantment and a sword with frost, you have all status effects except Smite, Alternatively, use a sword with Smite, and you'll have everything except frost.
