Is there an official platform to log bugs/issues?

To the concern at hand. Random co-op with strangers has posed no issues so far, however, when I join a friend of mine my damage is severely gimped.

I mean, dealing 3 damage with a dagger (regardless of upgrade level).

Tested with a few weapons, including weapons my friend had. Used Isaac's Sword, at +10, took me 6 hits to kill a basic Remnant. It takes him 2 with an unupgraded version.

Upgrade level didn't seem to make a difference. Had a +2 bow (I was using poorly upgraded weapons that scale in stats I don't have to not be OP) but it hit for 37 damage, so I went back to mine and made it +6 to see if it would outweigh the 'scaling', but still hit for 37 damage.

I understand that I am being scaled to his power level, but I'm not. I'm being scaled way below anything feasibly useful, to the point that I am dealing chip damage to even the weakest enemies. Like I said, 3 damage with daggers, 44 damage with a longsword, or about 60 damage with a grand weapon - still taking multiple hits just to kill a basic Remnant.

I took to cheesing by equipping the Poison/Bleed and Ignite/Explosion rings and using Poison Weapon on 2 Lightreaper Daggers (so I kept inflicting ignite, bleed, poison and explosion on enemies - it was quite strong) - status effects seem to do normal damage.

All of my spells are also massively gimped (except Pieta's, which doesn't scale down at all and one-shots everything).

I want to be scaled to my friend's level. That's fine. What I don't want is to be turned into a paraplegic cripple that can't even hold a sword. The nerf to my damage is too utterly absurd that I can't hurt anything at all.

Yeah...It's very weird. Sometimes I am dealing 100 damage, others I'm dealing 200, others I'm dealing 50...All against the same enemies in the same area. Idono what's up with all this.

looks like the dmg output gets "nerfed" when you die in co-op... I went from doing 400 dmg per hit with ultra heavy weapons to doing 90 when I died and got revived

It's permanent, not just on death.

Tested some more. Friend at +3, used a variety of weapons - no difference in damage.

e.g. Doing 71 with a +10 Grand Sword.

He upgrades to +4, I still do 71 with a +10 Grand Sword. He hits a light attack for over 180 damage using a Longsword.

The damage nerf is too absurd.

I do believe it's an actual bug, because sometimes we would die and on respawn, I would do my normal damage again :darkcrusader:

I have not had ANY PROBLEMS on Console so far.
