Lost all levels after level 80
was helping a friend in his world. leveled up to 81 then got completely reset back to 15

Same, lost 50 levels.
I hope they can give the progress back otherwise they really wasted our money and time

That's a game breaking bug if I ever saw one.

I don't think it's possible to give back your progress on their end even if they wanted to. It might be for the best to just put it on the shelf until they fix this.
