Umbral eye of the pale butcher effect?
The main socket effect says you get withered health back by killing enemies with a grievous strike.
Does this mean missing health back comes back as withered health or does it mean that you get more withered health back from killing with a grievous strike?

It doesn't seem like either effect is happening. Am I missing something?

Doesn't work for me either.
I expected it to restore some health but as withered, so that you need one more hit to actually heal yourself (almost like one of the runes in Bloodborde) but I get nothing.
I think it is a bug.
