Sadly the altar is bugged for me and I can't purchase it there even though i have more than enough to get one

could just remake your character that is what i did when i found out pieta's sword was a thing since i dont watch guides and i was doing a mainly radiant build anyhow so i just started over lvling only vit,endur,radiance
