What level should i be after sunless skein?

Everything becomes super tanky after that point. I have a +6 longsword and my character is level 43.

Both upper calrath and the pirate cove below seem a massive jump in enemy stats.

Have you been to the cistern yet?

It would be something like Cistern, Upper Kalrath, Chill Curse OR Manse

If you are having a ton of trouble you might need to level up, I think I was around 60-70 by that point...

Bröther man, I've been running coop with friend the entire game, and I was like 107 when I finished Sunless Skein and the Depths, maybe a bit higher. but I'm already like 126 i think, it comes fast, sooo fast, Big Bonk is Stronk

Yea I have finished the cistern area.

My options are now. Pirate cove, Upper calrath, and the 2 bell doors.

But it seems i need to do some leveling.

Revelation Depths is likely the next location which is below the cistern once you have un-flooded it (I think that is what you are referring to when you say pirate cove)
