Large Deralium shards not in inventory

As title says, I've been noticing that when I pick up large deralium shards, they don't actually go in my inventory. Like I see the pop up on the side of the screen when I pick up the item, but my inventory stays at 2. I've been noticing that for awhile now since I've been waiting to upgrade my weapon and need 8 of them for it. As it stands, I should have 6 but only have 2. The small and regular shard don't seem to be affected by this.

I wanted to know if anyone experienced this before or if i'm the only one affected by it? While it's not a terribly huge loss yet, it could become problematic for me in the future if it prevents me from upgrading my damage.

Well, you will be able to buy all the shards from the blacksmith in time. Except the coolest ones, probably. At least I haven't seen them in stock.
