"Seek Scourings"
After killing Dervla and the Unbroken Promise there is some kind of altar at the top of the stairs and when i try to use it i get "Seek Scourings" message. I have them so idk whats the problem, do i need more ?

Post a screenshot? (Cause I don't know what you're talking about exactly, there's a few places that look like altars for special items)

Just for your information, if you do that, that's a different ending you're going to lock yourself into.
