Only in Lords of the Fallen (but albeit, I was playing mostly that game, with a 30-40 mins breaks to Cyberpunk)
I had weird texture pop-in, smoke and stuff started to look really weird, like this fog that looks like a square ( https://i.imgur.com/VPYd7Hd ). The gorge fog looked horrible as well.
Also, the game was freezing and crashing every 30-1h. I had no issues at all until yesterday, 0 crashes.
Weirdly enough, those crashes are being reported as actual hardware crashes in the Event Viewer ( https://i.imgur.com/qPJyZc8 )
Anyway, I got very hard PTSD from a broken 3090 I had some years ago, so I rollbacked the driver. I've been testing for like 40 minutes in Lords of the Fallen and seems fine so far.
Hopefully it's just a driver issue. Gonna try like this for a while, if it's fine I'll DDU and try upgrading again.
I've noticed they also rollbacked a patch that was causing crashing issues, so it's either the drivers or that update that was rollbacked.
Probably going back to 545.84 and testing now is the way.
Framegeneration is disabled at time, because it can produce some crashes. If you use 545.84 and TURN ON framegeneration via steam-command, then PLEASE dont claim, that the driver or the game has a problem.
dont use self-activated FG and you will be fine
I only had those crash/texture corruption issues yesterday, which is when I updated drivers or the game updated the navmesh which they reverted late night yesterday.
Hell, I'm even using it now and it's fine.
