Lightreaper second fight bugged?

So as far as I can tell the 2nd time you get your ass handed to you by light reaper (no offense, but doing the "you're supposed to lose" fight twice is lame as ♥♥♥♥ devs), but he keeps appearing when given what happened in my co op mates playthrough he's meant to piss off like he did the tutorial boss fight?

The second time, in Fitzroy Gorge? Yeah, he is supposed to be hard still, but far more beatable. But not exactly the perfect time for it.

And yes, after you fight him once, he just doesnt show back up. You gotta fight him again later, but he ♥♥♥♥♥ off after the first two times.

Weird, I only fought him once there, nearly killed him, and then after I died, he never showed back up.

He is supposed to only apear once on the first two locations. But i lost once on the third location and he is not reapearing their either.

This sucks!

Is not bugged. This is this game hardcore variant of the Pursuer.
