Actually prices have gone down for SSD within the last year, they're pretty affordable but thanks for blaming all your problems on other people.
From the videos I've seen, the game does try to stream in textures and load up the game world state when you rest so an SSD is recommended unless you're willing to play on lower textures and longer loading times when resting.

Oh you're in Europe. Good luck there with that joke of an economy. Prices have gone down in North America, got myself a 4TB PCI5 NVME SSD for $250 not too long ago, use to be $400, top of the line stuff.
Sounds fair, I had old HDDs I still used for storage of old videos, photos, and other media projects that didn't require a fast drive. Most of my old HDDs had failed in the past several years and I replaced them with SSDs which not a single one had ever failed or had data corruption issues.
