Possibility to play coop but without invasions?
Like Seamless Coop mod from Elden Ring or do we have to wait for a mod for TRUE Seamless Coop?

Wondering this, too.
I sincerely hope they just let us deactivate invasions.
I just don't like them and it would be better if people would only invade other people who also enjoy being invaded, rather than being forced to wait for a mod to disable invasions.

Agreed, sick of the forced pvp invasions from dark souls games

When playing Lords of the Fallen in coop mode, can players choose to stop people from invading?

Players can be invaded, even when playing solo. As long as the player is online, an invasion can occur. There are two major ways to avoid invasions: Firstly, there’s a consumable item that can be purchased from a vendor, which temporarily wards off any invasions. Secondly, there’s always the option of disabling multiplayer from the in-game menu!

Sounds to me like you can turn it off in coop

1- There are invasions in the game

2- There is No Off Button, there is however a farmable item to temporary opt out of invasions

3- Invasions are only in specific areas.

4- Summon's are limited to one person, whom you can resurrect.

Ah yes, that fully optional and opt in mechanic that is in no way mandatory in any way shape or form is totally forced.. /s

Just don't opt into them and you're fine then!

It is forced on every player that wants coop. The moment you are online for coop play, you can be invaded.

From devs FAQ:
"Players can be invaded, even when playing solo. As long as the player is online, an invasion can occur."

Which is optional like i said, it literally cannot be forced when you choose to use an optional function. Every single way to activate invasions is a conscious choice up to and including buying the game. If you want to play without invasions you can do so without a problem. Your problems are yours and not the games when you want to play in a different way than you are offered.

Invasion is forced when you choose coop, that's a fact. You don't have the option to play coop without being exposed to invasion, so it is forced.
Some players want to play coop without being forced into invasion. It might not be important to you, but it is important for some players.

If a player says he would like to be able to play coop without being forced into invasion, he is obviously talking about his problem with the game and he has every right to talk about it.
The final decision is up to the devs of course, it's their game and I totally agree that they get to decide how it is supposed to be played.

Theres literally items that stop invasions, they are also only in specific areas as far we as know. It's a complete non-issue, invasions are gimped to hell, but having a second player should also make it a non-issue for 2 people with half a braincell each. If people feel they are falsely "forced" after multiple layers of opt in then they should think about going to play an actual PvE coop game if thats what they want and not a PvEvP style online MP. *shrugs*. It's not like PvPers are crying for PvP in those games, so what makes people think they are entitled to it in this genre?

Dunno why you split this post, but at least you're the reasonable sort that acknowledges this and not the usual supremely entitled whiner that come to souls forums. It's the devs project, people dont have to like their choices, which is fair, but they also arent entitled to their preferences in someone elses product.

Yeah, there will definitely be a mod that puts you in your own "pool" with your friend. Just gotta wait for it. That, or cheat engine and change the invader's Y-axis to the negatives, then use the item to opt out. However, this seems more like the scrubs way out, but I know someone will do both of these choices.

Was about to get this, then read the invasions ♥♥♥♥.... saved me money i guess. Elden Ring with coop mod was SO much better with out constant interruptions to me and friends. When this game gets a similar mod ill check it out, but otherwise no purchase for me.

Opt-in isn't the same as opt-out. The item is how you OPT-OUT. Wanna co-op but don't have the item? Too bad, gonna get invaded. Don't act like you weren't mistaken from the get-go lmao
