I play on 4080@7700x, 1440p (native) UltraSetting and fps never ever drops below 60fps.
So your 4090 should be capable to handle this game very well IF not your CPU bottlenecked you.
Dropping down to 45fps with a RTX 4090 is laughable
btw:
Hardware requirements of the game are pretty crazy—similar to all other UE5 titles.
But if the singleplayer runs how it should, then you system runs well.
So you have to wait for a patch.
On my side NO problems at all
You should see Alan Wake 2 on it.
I am confined to a console now. So I do not really care, but then again this PC is intended for other uses.
And most (new) games are designed for consoles. Take my advice or leave it.
