HOW THE ♥♥♥ CAN YOU HAVE THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥ MP

Drives me ♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane out of anger. Rubberbanding and massive lag in a game that require poinpoint precision. Gonna change my review to negative from this alone. unforgivable. How am i suppose to be productive/helpful aiding people in Co-Op when you have 1-2 second delay from keypresses and massive rubberbanding all over the place. Can't even control my own damn character whatsoever.

How in the living hell can you invset 60 mil in this game and have this Sh1t connection (that's an understatement) in Co-OP 2023, peer to peer. Insane

But yes, my online experience in this game has mostly been bad as well. So much delay on everything :(

THats not the games fault in any way. Its your internet connection and your distance from the servers or multiplayers. Rubberbanding is a dead giveaway. You have terrible latency and your blaming the game for that. Your probably 10 thousand miles away and having to go through 15 different servers. You expect that to happen in milliseconds. Rubberbanding means your response took a long time and the game is just trying to catch upon your position. NO way you can play multiplayer if your getting that. Nothing will ever be where you think it is.

It doesnt help that people are using VPNs to access regions with better drop quantities on the faction drops.

It's quite likely you're connecting to a host through their VPN layer. So your traffic is literally getting thrown halfway around the world and back.

Also, assuming a best case where the client and host are close by, I've played many games over the years with p2p where there was a ton of lag.
Original Space Marine is a prime example.
Used to duel my friend who lived a few hundred meters from my house in 1v1s.
Despite the distance, whoever was hosting had 0 ping while the other had over 200. On distance alone, ping should have been less than 10.

Just a theory here, but given that you have to "log in" to access PvP and Coop, there's a non zero chance that your connection to the host is being routed through the games login server first before taking you to the host.

Another probable cause of bad connections actually falls to ISPs and how they route connections.

Not excusing the devs here, game netcode needs scrutiny too, just pointing out that there are many factors that influence p2p connection quality that are outside the scope of what a dev can fix.

It has nothing to do with your internet connection. I play games with my buddy all the time. We never have any latency or lag issues in other games. This game lags like crazy and actually cuts my fps in half when I play with him because of the lag.

you do realize that because this game lags so badly in multiplayer that it actually drops your fps by a huge amount.

bro I live in the USA and I have 500MBPS fiber connection. It's not my internet. My buddy that I play with also has 400MBPS connection. It's THIS GAME that is the problem. We don't have any lag or issues in literally ANY other game we have played.

Meanwhile I will play some other games.
