Finally, some good news: Support Team Responded!
I waited for over a week, but I finally received a response from the support team.
They sent me my save file with the appropriate number of skulls so I could return to my previous level. Unfortunately, I lost everything I had on my character.

My character disappeared due to a bug that was associated with co-op play, and it wasn't my fault.

As a gesture of apology, a unique Tinct 'Once Lost' was added to my character.

If anyone had a similar problem, please find your save file(or create new one) and send it to the support team.
In your email, attach one file - for example: save00.sav, located here: AppData\Local\LOTF2\Saved\SaveGames.
and add : "I previously had the following level on my character: X "



I had to wait a long time, but I finally got a response.

They are giving people basically an exclusive tinct?

Edit: I feel for the guy/gal that has to sit there and do all this sensless busywork putting skulls into new chars.

I imagine it'd just be a timed exclusive at best.

'Once Lost' is like any other tinct... this one is light blue, and that's it.

Is the tinct character bound or account bound?
