Edit: BTW, you're probably better off just helping someone else in boss fights if they're doing a fast run boss to boss earning Vitality.
Nah this is for late game
I've got several weapons to +9 for trying things out but so far im not feeling anything
Some great weapons do some nice damage but their stamina usage is terrible
Dual wielding short swords has some nice fast damage but it doesnt stagger enemies even with the poise runes
The posture system was implemented no where good as sekiro so its pointless to try and parry bosses
Basically I wanna see what kills better
Well, if you're good with casting and leveled for it, I'd probably hit up the Kings area, forgot what it's called. Just socket as many Vitality as you got. Get in Umbral and just clear the area with magic. Throwables might work too. Normally only takes about a minute until the multiplier maxes out, but I don't know what causes it to be shorter. If you're having trouble with the Scarlet Shadow, Co-Op is an option, and it's probably better to be fighting the bosses with the multiplier maxed out anyway. Only issue in Co-Op is ScarletS is buffed quite a bit more. Also wear that Pumpkin event mask as it increases the item drops. Can't remember if there's any other equipment that matters to farming ATM.
Edit: Would keep in mind there's an inventory limit, and reported bugs associated with going over it.
Been using this method approximately ten times already. Can confirm, the reaper gets stuck in the upper floor and you have all the time in the world to farm downstairs.
